Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to products sold by LeeLoo Commerce LLC ("LeeLoo", "we") directly to business and government customers, including orders paid by credit or purchase card. Products sold through third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon) are subject to that marketplace's return policy.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what was ordered, notify us within 30 days of delivery at info@leeloocommerce.com with your order or invoice number and a description (photos help). We will, at your choice, replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges. We will provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

Other returns

Unused items in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. Request a Return Authorization by email before shipping anything back. Once the returned items are received and inspected, we refund the purchase price; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return results from our error. Custom, special-order, perishable or hazardous items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on the card issuer.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they ship. Once shipped, the return terms above apply.

Government orders

For orders placed by U.S. federal, state or local government agencies, the terms of the applicable purchase order or contract (including applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses) take precedence over this policy where they differ.

Questions or billing disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first; we respond within 2 business days and will work to resolve the issue promptly.
